Help us to help you be more effective.
PJEP volunteers give extensively of their time - with funding, we could do so much more!!
Since its inception in 2006, when the first site went live in Illinois, the networking software used by the Peace Justice and Environment Project (PJEP) has helped grass-roots organizers work together in new collaborative ways on a broad range of actions, initiatives and online campaigns. Since then, PJEP has grown exponentially. We now have 40 PJEP facilitated networks to serve all 50 states plus PJEP.org, the central website hub that connects over 1500 organizations.
This network, which provides tools to help the progressive community organize effectively, has been created at no charge to participating organizations. PJEP has grown through word of mouth and outreach to the activist community across the country. So far, the growth and sustenance of these networks has come entirely through the generosity of its volunteers.

Peace Justice and Environment Project achieve its goals to
- Encourage facilitation of network operations to empower grassroots driven actions, events and campaigns of participating organizations;
- Expand the commons of resources that we provide to network users and the public at large;
- Further develop existing networks, by bringing more groups on board to create synergistic communication and cooperation within the greater progressive movement; and to
- Improve the cutting edge software necessary to these goals using programming that keeps up with advances in technology.
Our vision is large; our resources are limited.
Support your networks as free, cutting edge tools for the activist community. Your donation will make you a partner in this vision.
